[Dxspider-support] filter ft8 is ft4

I would do , 1st:

set/skimmer cw rtty psk             # don't send me FT4/8 spots

rej/spot info {ft[48]}                    # If any other spot not 
categorized as FT4/FT8 contains the strings "FT4" or "FT8", don't show it.

That works -on the last version- both on human spots and rbn ones (at 
least if you haven't defined any other rbn filtering condition)
