The difficulty with all this is how to begin? Registration will work
well if ALL are registered on all input sources.There will always be bad
actors. Possibly registered user spots need to be tagged similarly to
hash '-#' tags from skimmers. Local nodes could then choose to allow
filters to pass only registered spots. A lot of work but maybe a place
to start. If enough spider nodes are able to filter out spots from
unvetted, non-registered clowns, there may be enough incentive to
encourage updates outside the spider network.
