[Dxspider-support] SH/LOCKOUT question

After disconnecting and locking-out two nodes that are on the list, I did a
SHOW/LOCKOUT ALL and there appears to be quite an extensive list of already
locked-out entities.  Other than the two that I manually locked out, where
did all the others come from?
