Here I have 2 nodes, EA2CW-1 -cc-cluster- and EA2CW-2 -dx-spider- As it 
seems that a similar system of "register-for-upload" is not still 
available on the cc-cluster soft, I have separated both nodes.

At the same time I started to connect EA2CW-2 only to RBN servers and to 
spider nodes which have already implemented this two measures:
- password authenticated connection with partners
- registration with password of all their users.

This done, since today, users of EA2CW-2 will be allowed to put anns, 
spots, etc only if they are registered and given a password. Otherwise, 
they will be free to read but nothing more.

Even if the cases that the given callsign to register could be fake as 
well ( I will try to check that the e-mail address of the requesters is 
the same that the one at qrz.com), at least we will be able to identify 
the origin of the unwanted information and isolate them.

I know that is quite easy to avoid these, due to the comm plain-text 
protocol we are using, but at least we will put a bit more difficult to 
upload bad data into our network to the "people" who did it in every 
major contest or dxpedition.

We have to start from some point. When all the nodes follow this or 
similar policy, I hope the client software developers (I am thinking 
mainly in contest and dx logger softwares) will be compelled to 
implement the password system or to remain being tied to a low quality 
network. Their choice.
