[Dxspider-support] Terminal echo and PuTTY

Hi Dirk,
    It appears that remote echo is broken in DXSpider mojo. set/echo and 
set/noecho have no effect. There is no echo of typed characters on 
telnet connections with PuTTY when local echo is disabled. The linux 
telnet client seems to local echo by default but again the remote echo 
is not working when enabled. This is working correctly on my master 250 
node.

PuTTY is 0.78
perl is 5.32.1
linux is Rocky 9.1, kernel 5.14.0-162
DXSpider is mojo 499
