[Dxspider-support] DXSpider crontab and IP addresses

OK, has that changed?  Because with the previous build, as soon as it restarted, I’d start seeing that number increase slowly but it’s still at 0% after a few hours.  My position in the topology hasn’t changed so I’m just checking in case it’s not doing what it’s supposed to.
