Terry,

Have you set up your own node using DX Spider software? Or are you just
connecting a logging software cluster window to the RBN?

The RBN will only provide CW, RTTY and FT8/4 spots.

If you have set up your own DXSpider node, then to get SSB/other spots your
node must be connected to other Partner nodes around the network as well as
the RBN.

If you are just connecting logging software to a cluster node then you will
need to choose a node that provides both RBN and "normal" spots. Then
either can be turned on or off at will using the cluster commands. Do not
connect direct to the RBN.

An example of this type of node is my node MX0NCA-2. Details at@

https://dxc.mx0nca.uk

A list of all nodes that might be useful to you is here: DXCluster: Telnet
Directory <https://www.dxcluster.info/telnet/index.php>

Hope that helps
