I have an extra line in my connect scripts…. The one which starts with client and where yyyy-y is the remote node callsign. Is this additional line required?

timeout 15
abort (Busy|Sorry|Fail)
connect telnet xxxxxx.zzz 7373
'login' 'g6nhu-2'
client yyyy-y telnet
