[Dxspider-support] Hetzner VPS

Hi Dirk,

I have a couple of VPSs running @Hetzner. Including the dxheat.com
webcluster. I'm pleased with the performance, features, and pricing.
Hetzner Cloud is not as feature-rich as AWS or Google Cloud, but for
hosting a bunch of VPS, Hetzner Cloud is an excellent choice.
