[Dxspider-support] Suspect cq wpx spots?

Please don't misinterpret me.

Allowing self spotting in contests is a very strong trend. Particularly on
phone.
I could list over 30 contests that currently allow it, including all ARRL
sponsored ones.
And there is a certain logic to it since the RBN spots everyone sending
their call on CW
and contest organizers want to level the playing field.

But the CQ and WPX contests still don't.
