[Dxspider-support] Hamclock connections

I was a bit stressed about some pressing issues dealing with some stormy 
cluster weather that was swirling about at the time. And I forgot to 
mention that this has always been a problem and DXSpider therefore has 
observed the "NETROM convention, since inception, of sending a prompt to 
any connection that has not sent anything within the previous 11 
minutes. This *is* changeable, but not by the user. It seems to work 
well enough through NATted connection as well.
