[Dxspider-support] -> disconnect

Hi

I ugraded to DXSpider V1.57 build 523.
I do see a lot of login/log out after a restart

I look like people send a lot of commands during there login and get 
trapped:

1679946876^(baduser) User PE1FBC sent 17 (>= 16) cmds in 9 seconds 
starting at 27Mar2023 at 19:54:35, disconnected
1679947179^(baduser) User PD5URK-6 sent 17 (>= 16) cmds in 9 seconds 
starting at 27Mar2023 at 19:59:37, disconnected

Is it possble to set the max commands in X time a bit higher?
