If your EE broadband is delivered over a mobile 4G/5G connection – yes – CGNAT is applied (just as in almost all mobile networks) and no un-solicited inbound connectivity is available. If it’s on a wired broadband connection it should still have a unique v4 IP address available.

I believe EE broadband uses CGNAT <https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Carrier-grade_NAT> which means that multiple users effectively share the same external IP address and it’s not routable.

If that’s the case, nobody will be able to connect in to you. Your node will be able to make connections out but that’s it.

Hi All,

I’ve just changed provider to EE, and now, I can’t get the cluster to connect outside users.

I was using NoIP

I can connect using the IP address from my other PC, but not gb7vax.serveftp.com <http://gb7vax.serveftp.com/>

Best Wishes
