[Dxspider-support] WCY solar data not updated

Probably because the WCY  data was forwarded to the dx cluster network via DB0SUE which has stopped working for good. Most probably our DL colleagues are already looking for other solutions and I believe they will be able to solve the problem as soon as possible.
