[Dxspider-support] Spots detected as dupe but they are not!

This is an old and serious flaw in DXSpider.

DXSpider needs to be redesigned to consider all spots which are
more than, say, 1kHz, off from a previous spot as valid.

I have suggested this before but to my great surprise no one has
chimed in which is probably why it has not been considered.
