[Dxspider-support] Spots detected as dupe but they are not!

Hi Bjorn
this issue is serious because it means that DXspider is dropping some
legitimate spots, so it is not reliable.

And I think it's not just a matter of different frequency. If we look at
these 2 spots below we can see that:

1) QRG is different
2) comments are different
3) delta time between them is more than 3 hours.

Indeed there is something wrong in the de-dupe logic.

Is there something that we can do to have this reviewed and fixed?
