[Dxspider-support] 2-digit resolution

Hi Rudy

Do we really need this sort of resolution?

I ran a few hundred people in the contest last night just doing point and click and I never touched the VFO once.

I would say 1/10 of a hertz precision is more than enough. After all, the filters aren’t that tight anyway?
