[Dxspider-support] 2-digit resolution

Why does it matter? In matters in two cases:
1/ A highly motivated operator that does S&P while running. In between pauses they press ctrl-alt up or down arrow and go to the next mult, work it, and press alt-q to return to the CQ frequency. Observers can’t tell he’s doing both Run and S&P at the same time. Boosts rates by 20% during slower times.
2/ In-band radios in M/M setups have very little time to work a station. You don’t want them to tune around as they don’t have time to interleave while the main radio is running.
In both cases, speed is absolutely critical and tuning around kills the speed. You actually don’t tune at all and rely entirely on the accuracy of the call and frequency to make the QSO.
