I think we all must have clear enough which the offenders are:

1.- Sysops running deadware

2.- Sysops running outdated software

3.- Sysops running software that does not include a minimum 
identification (partners and /or users ) policy

4.- Sysops who connect a huge number of partners, some of them not 
having its soft updated & verified, some others included in 1,2, and/or 
3 previous categories.

Those are the offenders against the rest of the rest of the sysops, the 
users and the whole cluster network.

Is anybody of the list inside any of these categories?
