[Dxspider-support] User filter command to hide digital modes (FT4/FT8) and RTTY

Try also to reject, reduce spots based on the info data in the spots, eg:
rej/spots 7 info
{(rtt|ft[48]|psk|bcn|dxf|mfsk|award|diploma|dci|eng|rda|wca|[isp]ota)}
