[Dxspider-support] User filter command to hide digital modes (FT4/FT8) and RTTY

This looks easy enough :

*disable/ftx* and *disable/autoftx*

Based on the group suggestions, I think this should work fine for the user:

set/noskimmer

disable/ftx and disable/autoftx

rej/spot not on hf/cw or not on hf/ssb
