[Dxspider-support] Missing PC92 packets

I see packets from other nodes coming in to N2WQ-73 (spider). However, none of them are making it to VA3UXA-1 which is my test CCC. If I connect it to other nodes, PC92 packets do show up. Why is N2WQ-73 not distributing PC92 spots?
Here's what I have in the startup script:

#set/var $DXProt::pc9x_time_tolerance = 120set/var $DXProt::senderverify = 1set/var $DXProt::pc92c_ipaddr_enable = 1set/var $DXProt::pc92_ad_enable = 1#
In comparison, N2WQ-1 (CCC) is connected to multiple partners, both CCC and spiders, and is quite busy handling PC92 packets.
Any ideas?
