[Dxspider-support] Public IPs of nodes like "localhost"

Hi all,

The following nodes send their public IP to the network as "localhost."
They are using builds 611 and 612, so they are updated, but not their IP.

Please use the set/external_ip command and include it in the crontab as Dirk
indicated, or you can also use the set/update_ip command I created for the
WAN and LAN IPs.
This procedure works for both static and dynamic IPs.

Having a poorly defined IP can result in the loss of spots.
