That doesn't explain why I am not getting told there are general
filters set.

I have filters set on my IK4WMH connection, if I connect with IK4WMH-2
and issue a show/filter command I am greeted with

No filters defined for IK4WMH-2

Isn't it more useful to be notified of EVERY filter applied to the
currently connected callsign-ssid?

Something like:

Hey, IK4WMH-2, the following generic filters apply:

filter1 reject on 1400000/99999999

plus the following filters valid for IK4WMH-2 only are enforced:

filter2 reject on 50000/1400000

> after logging in with the ssid of your choice, a clear/spots or an
> accept/spots all should have worked.

How would I know I need to issue those commands if I don't know there
are filters set?
