[Dxspider-support] Rate limits

 Regardless of what we think the number is, I have not seen any discussions on simple rate limit settings. They work. I have implemented them long ago.

There have been no discussions on setting rate limits. Does DXspider support them? How are sysops setting them?

I see value in setting two limits to account for busy contest weekends:
1/ Spotter per minute- a well staffed M/M station is likely to generate ~10-15 spots per minute across all bands.
2/ Likewise, a well equipped and active M/M station could get ~25-50 spots per minute.

These rates are much much lower during non-contest days.

Setting rate limits is a simple solution that doesn’t require end user action.
