[Dxspider-support] Again

I would like to say that Dirk's recent changes in the test branch have made
a significant improvement in the flooding and dupes. Initial testing is
going well, as I see it, and he is fine tuning the code. A solution is
coming for those who are active and willing to upgrade.
As a US node, I have not personally seen the amount of flooding that is
described amongst my European counterparts. It makes me wonder why this
seems to only happen in the early hours of UTC? Maybe I'm wrong, something
to think about.
