For this reason, I've indicated that the maximum limits for users and nodes
should be different. They can be differentiated by category; otherwise, the
limit would have to be very high if you have more than one node.

So in my case I have 3 clusters, each with an SSID. One is general DX.
One is filtered for only NA spots. Another is for testing only. Each of
these has a console callsign with a different SSID. That is 6 total and I
have not even connected my logging software, which uses even more SSID's for
the different software, filtering, RBN's etc.
A hard limit with no override is a big problem for me, especially during a
contests where I am monitoring the clusters with consoles and have multiple
logging and spotting connections.
I could dump the test node which will free up 2.
