[Dxspider-support] CC Cluster connections

I see that PC92 C records are getting both big and containing IP 
addresses (again). Since CC Clusters cannot handle them (because they 
overflow buffers and crash), nodes will no longer send them. But this 
means that all sysops that have CC Cluster connections MUST do a 
'set/cccluster(<callsign>)' on any links that you have - assuming that 
this has not already been done.

Hopefully this will allow both pieces of software to co-exist happily in 
the future. Please bear in mind that there will be a lot of users, as 
well as traffic, so be a good neighbour and do a set/ccluster on all 
your CC Cluster nodes.
