[Dxspider-support] DXCC entity numbers

Hi Dirk , don’t be sorry - it is what you used. I had little trouble
integrating it into the dashboard I am building once I was pointed in the
right direction! I appreciate the effort applied to maintain the spider
and data sources 😊
