I have only a little grip on what you are suggesting.You must appreciate
that not all recipients of e-mail are IT literate to any extent.
It is something, please, to address the Committee about first - although we
may be too late!
Please contact Clive Thorp and raise it with him, so we can understand what
you are proposing and how it can be of use to us.
