Dear Pelican,
 
I have started to receive a number of Subscription payments and membership forms but there are still a large number outstanding - please see details below/attached on how to pay. Please ensure I receive your payment before the 9th September '11 deadline. Payments & completed forms can be handed to me at Mens training or Tracy Bower at Ladies training - or if you don't make training I will be at the Club Day all day next Saturday.
 
Please note that the £10 family discount is only applicable to families that pay two FULL adult memberships i.e. if a family has two adults that would pay £100 then the £10 discount may be taken. Please do not deduct the discount unless you are paying for two full adult memberships.

Dear Pelican, 
With the new season fast approaching Subscriptions are now due.  
Attached is the new Subscription form (in two versions of Word) that has been compiled for this season in line wth the England Hockey template/guidelines. As a change to last season this one form is to be used for both Senior & Junior membership. Please note that whilst I am happy to accept Junior Membership fees (for ages 13 and under) it is preferable for these subs to be paid on the day of Junior Registration (further details will be sent out nearer the time).
 
Please complete the form and send your payment to me, cheques made payable to Pelicans Hockey Club - my address is at the top of the form. Please do not send cash through the post! 
ALL Subs need to be paid in full before you are eligible to play hockey for Pelicans HC - this means I need to receive your payment before 9th September 2011. N.B. - Pelicans HC do not operate a 'pay as you play' Subscription system. 
The following is a reminder of the Subscriptions & Match Fee for the forthcoming season;
 
1)Senior Members over 18 years of age and in full time employment – Subscription = £100 and Match Fee = £10.
 
2) Senior Members over 18 years of age but not in full time employment, full time students and those members aged 14 and over (as of 1st September 2011 – Subscription = £50 and Match Fee = £6.  
 
3) Junior Members aged 13 and under (as of 1st September 2011) - Subscription = £35 
The usual £10 discount for the second full paying family member will still apply to the Subscriptions.
 
And now the annual plea:- 
Please ensure that you make your payment on time. I ,nor your captain, have the time to chase outstanding/late payments. We are increasingly reliant on the cash raised from Subscriptions to run the Club - therefore late/non-payers have a detrimental effect on the way the Club functions.
