Good Evening,
Many thanks for the great response we have had for the ball,
I had forgotten to say times in previous emails, 7.30 (for an 8pm sit down) till 1am.
For those organising tables can I ask you to collect the ticket money(£35/ticket) and pass it on to me this weekend if possible please, I have various deposits to pay!!! ( I will be at the club on Saturday weather permitting)

For those planning to stay at Heacham Manor could you let me know please so I can arrange transport to and from the ball
