Good Evening,

If you haven't already told me can you let me know if you have any special dietary requirements please?

With the weather we have had you may wish to stay over and Paul has kindly offered the following rates for those going to the Ball.

Heacham Manor,
B & B £60 /room (2 sharing) with transport to and from the ball

On site at Hunstanton,
Caravan accommodation at £15 per person per night (minimum of 2 sharing £30)
Lodge accommodation at £20 per person per night (minimum of 2 sharing £40)

A continental Breakfast can be added to the accommodation at the cost of £6 per person

If you would like to book any accommodation you  can do so by calling the Reservations team on 01485 534211 quoting  "PELICANS HOCKEY CLUB BALL"

I have received plenty of cheques so far so thank you and planning to go to the bank tomorrow, could I ask those that haven't paid yet could I ask you to send/bank transfer asap please.
