[srs-members] Concert arrangements

Dear All,
Only two weeks to go so here are the arrangements:
Time :  Monday 3rd July - concert starts at 7.30 pm.  Please could you be at St George's if possible by 6.15 pm, ready to start singing promptly at 6.30 pm for a warm up rehearsal.  We don't want a repeat of last time when we were still rehearsing at 7.20 pm and our audience coming in were wondering whether they had missed the rest of the concert!!
Please could you also remember not to park in the car park, in order to leave it for our audience - so allow extra time to ditch the car.
Dress:  Usual concert dress.  Dinner/black suits, white shirts, black bow tie for the gentlemen and long black skirts, long or 3/4 length sleeved black blouses for the ladies (and scarves please, Beth). 
Please remember to bring your folders.
There will be an interval with refreshments and please could anyone who is willing and able give Nigel a hand behind the bar!
I am sure it will be a lovely concert but it would be nice to sing it in front of more than 7 people (currently the only tickets sold at the box office - as of yesterday).  Tell your friends and relations (they can get their tickets on the door on the night so we don't have to pay the box office commission).
