This is the culprit.

As to what caused it, I am less certain. I have put a trap in for it and
reworked the code slightly so that it shouldn't be possible for it to occur
again. I have also put a specific error trap in for this condition so that it
should give more information should it ever happen again.

I can put a release out if you like but I don't think this is likely to
happen very often and I doing a few other things to it at the moment.

At the source of every error which is blamed on the computer you will find
at least two human errors, including the error of blaming it on the computer.
