[Dxspider-support] DRSI configuration

Hi , this probally wont help much.
I tried without any success to get a drsi card to work under linux, I
was trying to get the high speed port running not the 1200 bd port.
I was able to get TNOS to work with that board, this was about 2 years
ago, so the config info has gone.
In theory it should work as half a scc card, but alass theory and
practice are very different.
