This is the INTERNAL port that DXSpider uses to communicate to its parts
(the console, the client etc). DO NOT CHANGE THIS WITHOUT ASKING !!!!!

To allow external users telnet access, look in the installation manual;
there is a step by step guide. Also there are example connect scripts in
the administration manual.

Both of these are provided in html and text in /spider/html and
/spider/txt respectively. Or you can look at the website
http://www.dxcluster.org.
