[Dxspider-support] Dxnet: can't decode spots from K1TTT-14.

Hello everybody,

I noticed that some DxNet-Node can't decode some of his spots during 1-9th everymonth.

<- I ED7ZAB-5(DXSP) PC11^21069.9^YB0JIV^3-Jul-2003^1348Z^BPSK31 JOHN JAKARTA^SP5LGS^K1TTT-14^H50^~

Because his system(K1TTT-14) doesn't define date field like as follows :

^ 3-Jul-2003^
^03-Jul-2003^

But CLX node repairs his wrong field rightly.
