[Dxspider-support] Help Needed: New install on WinXP

Dave,
This isn't something that I've encountered before, so we are fishing in the
dark a little.
It *smells* like a privilege issue. The user you're logged (into XP) as has
Administrator privs?
(Ther's nothing wrong with the version of Perl you're using, BTW .....)
