[Dxspider-support] Help Needed: New install on WinXP

To help you out, I brought up Perl 5.6.1 and checked.  Yes, at step 8 below, 
type "install Data-Dumper" and Enter.
If you want to use the "US State and City Database", you will also need to 
type "install Compress-Zlib" and Enter after step 8 for both Perl 5.6.x and 
5.8.x.
