[Dxspider-support] Command SH/C/N doesn't work

This command works as I expect. What you need to know is that you do a
set/badspot g7brn *without* an ssid. It operates on all variants of that
callsign with any ssid.

There is a reasonable help system. Please look at: help sh/badspot

It gives full details of how to use it.

However, I have changed the commands so that they won't actually store
(what are useless and redundant) callsigns with an ssid.
