[Dxspider-support] Portable calls via telnet in DXSpider

I tried a user login to a DXSpider node using a portable call, i.e. one
with a "/" in it, via telnet and it is not accepted. The AX25
specification provides for 6 character calls (upper case letters plus
digits 0-9) plus an SSID (0-15). As such portable calls, ie those with
a "/" in them are not allowed when via radio. AR-Cluster does not
observe this limitation when via telnet, permitting portable calls as
well as SSID's higher than 15.
It realize that this is inconsistent, however allowing portable calls as
well as higher SSID's is quite convenient.
