[Dxspider-support] Update Kepler data

Sorry for the double post. After comparing celestrak and amsat 2
lines. I prefer the celestrak lines, with some additions of
weather.txt file and stations.txt (iss and the other pods).  They are
more up to date and they provide suitsat :-)
