I suggest you bundle the latest (1.52) into a .tar.gz file with the 
CORRECT CVS repository information.  IIRC, 1.51 installs but you can 
can't update it without modifying all the Repository files.

When I upgraded to ActiveState (latest) and rebuilt my PC last 
November, here are the packages I installed:
