We should be careful not to even mildly suggest or intimate that a positive 
reply from a DX operator or QSL Manager, etc.
might be an acceptable proof for DXCC credit. To confirm that one is in the 
log is fine but a real QSL or proper LoTW entry is required for DXCC 
accreditation.
