[Dxspider-support] Storable-1.0.11.tar not installed help

I am trying to install Storable-1.0.11.tar I have Perl v5.6.0 MSWin32-x86-muliti -thread Build 623 I choose that per the instruction to install Windows. DXSpider Install manual.  Storable is not installed and I went and found Storable-1.0.11.tar on the Internet same is for the version I have of Perl
There is no pdd file I can unzip it but I don't no where to install it to I would ASSUME that it goes in the PERL directory but were in the Perl is the question.
Can someone tell the problem I will have if it is not installed?
Dose anyone know were to install this.
If anyone is using windows with a different Perl version can you tell me where to find the install and the added modules and what modules need to be install, that I would need.
