[Dxspider-support] Busted on 64 Bits

add the EPEL repository
for 64 bit centos
rpm -Uvh http://download.fedora.redhat.com/pub/epel/5/x86_64/epel-release-5-4.noarch.rpm
then issue
yum install perl-TimeDate perl-Digest-SHA1 perl-Curses perl-Net-Telnet git gcc
at this point you should have all the dependencies installed.
It's probably easier to maintain the system though updates etc if you
use yum to install the perl modules rather than CPAN and everything
needed to get spider up and running is in the repos so there really is
no need to go down the cpan route on centos
If you are still having issues check to see if selinux is disabled, i
have never attempted to install dxspider on a system running selinux
(although I do use selinux on other machines)
