[Dxspider-support] ROS Mode

I did not say it was easy to fix.  What I said was, if you know the
callsigns of the bogus spotters, tell us.  That is easy to deal with.
Simply shouting about it is not good enough.  Us ethe sysops list to inform
of bad spotters and we can all work together.  Simply fixating on IP
addresses is not good enough.  You may have a few IP addresses that are
bogus but not all are.
