[Dxspider-support] Port forwarding issue on a Netgear router

Mike,

I found an unofficial build of dd-wrt for my WNDR4000 but port forwarding isn't working on that either. I tried both the mini and the larger version. I also found some hints for port forwarding issues in the wiki and will give them a try.

I found that there is an unofficial version of DD-WRT firmware available for this model and may try that if they can't resolve it. In the meantime, I will switch back to my older Linksys router today, since it was forwarding the port successfully. The DHCP server on that router is a bit flakey, which is why I bought the new router, but I can live with that by resetting the router periodically.
