[Dxspider-support] Port forwarding issue on a Netgear router

I have been having some problems with my Linksys router and decided to switch to a Netgear N750 (WNDR4000) router.  I set it up to forward port 7300 to my DXspider server but it doesn't appear to be working.  The configuration is pretty close to the Netgear router I used previously and I have double-checked everything but the connection is not forwarded.  Outgoing connects and connections from within my LAN are working normally.

Has anyone else had issues with Netgear routers?
